It's important to know that our system has strict guidelines in place to guarantee fairness for all customers looking to return their item(s).
Any restocking, labeling, or return fees will be clearly indicated when you start the return process. Make sure you understand the fees associated with returning items.
Packages without the RMA number displayed on the outside of the returning package will be set aside to be processed manually, which can severely delay your package depending on the number of RMAs in the queue.
